Mijal was very flexible with my Check-in and remained responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location - walkable but quiet area. Beach chairs and an umbrella was provided which is not common. I highly recommend this place!

Our group of 7 had a fantastic stay at Villa Blanco!! The house is very conveniently located in the heart of Guiones, walking distance to nearly everything you need for your stay (including a 2-3 minute walk to Playa Guiones)! Additionally, the house is brand new construction that is super well appointed—great kitchen appliances, powerful AC, and many other great features. Our group of 7 fit very comfortably with room for more. Also, our host, Mijal was really helpful throughout our stay, coordinating an easy check in/out process, and responding very promptly anytime something came up during our stay. I’d highly recommend this house for any large groups looking for a convenient and lux place to stay in Guiones/Nosara!

Great place to stay in Nosara. Perfect location on a quieter street right between the two main streets. Quick walk to the beach. Clean, new, fresh, fully stocked and secure. Host was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this place! Location is amazing, walkable to restaurants bars and most importantly the beach. The apartment was spotless and very nice, modern appliances and a/c for the warmer days. Mijal was so friendly and helpful - met me at the location to let me in and show me around. I’ll be staying here any time I’m down in Nosara. 10/10

The hosts and staff were gracious and helpful. The apartments are bright, clean, and centrally located (we could walk to many things easily). The quality of everything provided is excellent. Our low tide highlights included beach walks, tide pools, and sheltered swimming areas. Our high tide experience had big waves crashing close to shore and adventurous surfers. Always great sunsets and pelicans. Local produce, meat, and fish made cooking and eating delightful, (Pineapple- Watermelon-Celery-and fresh unfrozen meats were incredible). The Sunset cruises at Garza beach are worth looking into. We would stay again and highly recommend to our friends,

Great new property in heart of Playa Guiones Brand new beautiful house with a great location (between La Negra and Pacifico Azul). Quick walk to the beach path by Destiny’s Cafe. As we were one of the first renters, everything was new but also well done in terms of layout and fixtures. Great option for larger groups or a couple of families (not sure which unit we were) Lastly, Keven the owner and Mijal the property manager were awesome. The two were both very responsive and accommodating to our group’s needs. I highly recommend Casa Kaiman for a great lodging option in Nosara!☀️🏝️☀️

INCREDIBLE!! Check in was quick, host was super nice! This was Absolutely great. Amazing location we walked to surf at the beach every day, could store our boards in secure safe locked hallway downstairs. My boyfriend and I had the best time here , fully equipped kitchen. (We love to cook so appreciated all the nice cooking supplies) super cozy bed and Super clean definitely will come stay again! Thanks !

Casa Kaiman is in an amazing prime location where you can walk to everything. Beach, Surf lessons, kids day camp and a ton of restaurants are all a 5-minute walk. We love Nosara and got a chance to stay here during winter break. The property is newly built and built well, isolated from noise, has a great kitchen, outdoor grill and pool. Was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids and can house more.

Casa Kaiman was amazing, even more beautiful than the pictures. Great location as well, walkable to the main beaches, stores, and restaurants in Nosara. We are so looking forward to coming back next year!

Hard to know where to start because this was such an awesome place to stay. Guiones is well off the beaten track but well worth the ride to be in a place like Casa Kaiman. We have stayed at a LOT of different homes in our travels, this one stands out as one of the best. The hostess Mijia and her husband were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The house is brand new and everything is top tier.

The home is absolutely wonderful and located ideally right in the heart of Playa Guiones. Make every effort to secure Mijal’s home, despite the aggressive pricing for all Playa Guiones rentals and hotels over the Dec-Jan timeframe. Homes don’t get much better than this.
